Portfolio

Portfolio, in the header, opens the page of your connected wallet. Without a wallet, enter any Bittensor address in Enter wallet address to view its portfolio. Viewing needs no signature.

If a figure looks off, see My balance looks wrong.

The left panel sums up the wallet:

  • Total Balance: your free TAO, root stake and alpha at the current pool prices, plus the root rewards you can claim. Chips show the change over a day, a week and a month, transfers included.
  • At exit appears under it when that total exceeds, by more than 5%, what selling every position at once would pay.
  • Total Staked, Available (your free TAO), Staked to root and Alpha Staked.

The page has four sections: Balances, Transactions, Performance and Proxies.

In Balances, the Allocation and Breakdown charts show how the wallet is split, and the Balance History chart follows it over time. The holdings table has a row for your Staked TAO and one per subnet. A subnet you hold with several validators shows a number of positions and opens to list them.

  • The 24H % column is the subnet’s price move, not your position’s.
  • Hide dust hides positions worth less than $10.
  • Customize the table to add or remove columns.

Transactions lists what happened on the wallet: Events, Transfers, Staking Extrinsics, EVM and Others. Rewards staked automatically are hidden by default. Show rewards shows them.

Performance shows the change of the wallet over several periods, transfers included. The Returns card gives the Annualized pure-staking APY, and your Realized, Unrealized and Total profit and loss. Press the card to open Profit & Loss, where you choose how cost and dollar values are computed. Show performance by holding breaks the figures down per position.

On your own connected wallet, each holding offers Buy, Sell and Swap, and the table offers Sell all. They stage operations in the Trade Batch without signing anything. Review the batch, then press its Execute button to sign every operation in one transaction.

The Batch mode decides what happens when an operation fails:

  • Independent: each operation tries on its own, and a failed one does not block the others. This is the default.
  • Stop on error: the batch stops at the first failure. Earlier operations stay done.
  • All or nothing: a single failure reverts the whole batch.

Send appears on your own connected wallet. It offers two kinds of transfer:

  • Balance Transfer sends free TAO to another coldkey.
  • Stake Transfer moves a staked position to another coldkey, still staked with the same validator on the same subnet.

Tick I have checked the address. This cannot be undone. to send. A transfer is irreversible. Before sending to an exchange, check that it accepts TAO deposits, or alpha for a stake transfer: most exchanges do not accept alpha.

Receive shows your address and its QR code. Only send TAO on the Bittensor network to it: any other asset sent there is lost.

Add to watchlist saves the address on screen, with a label, in a group: My wallets, Watching, or a group of your own. The watchlist is stored in this browser only.

When a group holds several addresses, All opens their combined portfolio, and Share this view copies a link to it. The combined view shows totals, allocation, the chart and holdings, without transactions, performance, claims or trading.

Proxies lists the proxies of the wallet, the ones it gave and the ones it received, and lets you add or remove them. Read Security and risks before you add one.
