Legal

Taoswap is operated by Kusanagi Ventures. Two pages of the app set the rules and say what happens to your data. Each one shows the date of its last update at the top.

The Terms of Service govern your use of Taoswap. They cover:

  • what the service is, and how it relates to the Bittensor network;
  • the non-custodial nature of the service: you keep your keys and sign every transaction yourself;
  • the risks of trading and staking on a blockchain, and the disclaimers;
  • experimental features;
  • the absence of financial advice;
  • liability, warranties and indemnification;
  • prohibited activities;
  • how the terms change, the governing law, and how to make contact.

The Privacy Policy says what Taoswap collects, what it never collects, and how long it keeps it. It covers blockchain data, cookies and local storage, the third-party services the app uses, data security and retention, your rights, and how to make contact. It ends with a short summary.

For a practical view of custody, signatures and the risks of on-chain trading, read Security and risks. The Terms of Service remain the reference.
