Where to ask

• Discord: discord.gg/kusanagi-ventures, the server of Kusanagi Ventures, which operates Taoswap. It is the main place to reach the team.

Before you write, check whether a help page covers your case:

• My wallet won’t connect
• My transaction failed or is stuck
• My balance looks wrong
• My limit order didn’t fill
• Is this really Taoswap?

If pages load slowly or data is missing, open Network status first: it shows whether the Bittensor endpoints the app uses are online.

What to include

• What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
• The exact message Taoswap showed, or a screenshot of it.
• Your public address. It lets the team read your account on chain, and nobody can move funds with it.
• For a transaction, its hash or its block number.
• Your browser, your wallet and their versions, and whether you use a computer or a phone.
• When it happened, with your time zone.

What never to send

• Your seed phrase, your private key or your wallet password. Nobody who helps you needs them.
• A screenshot that shows any of them.
